The main priority of Royvon is always to provide your dog with an amazing experience while they are staying as our guests, as the welfare and care of our guests is always our number one focus.
Running a close second to this is the whole customer experience we provide to you the parent. We are always looking for ways to make things as simple and efficient as possible.
We have recently introduced a new online kennel management and booking system. This system has allowed us to audit our internal care and booking processes much more vigorously However, this new system does have one limitation that we would like to make you aware of.
The new system can only process one unpaid future booking at any time. This means that if you want to make more than one future booking then they would need to be paid for in advance. We can accept as many future bookings as you wish as long as the total balance is paid at the time of booking.
You don’t need to worry if for some reason you need to cancel any paid bookings because we have a very flexible refund policy. Please see cancellation and refund policy.
To make things less complicated, we recommend you consider the following when booking:
- If the season is not school holidays, then there’s no need to book in advance as you will easily be able to book nearer the time.
- Use your one unpaid future booking for your longest duration booking that is over the school holidays. This will mean that you will not have to pay for the long stay booking until 8 days before you are due to travel.
