Utmost attention is given to our guests to ensure their stay is a happy and contented one. Team members live on-site with our guests so they are supervised on a 24 hour basis. During the daytime our team members work in a high team member to dog ratio providing exceptional care to all our guests. One of our core values is

Meal times - Most of our guests are on 2 or 3 meals per day. All guests are fed exactly to their requirements by preparing meals according to their parents instructions. Usual feeding times are (we can be flexible as required):-
- Breakfast - 8am
- Lunch - 1pm
- Dinner 5pm
- Bedtime snacks - 11pm
We are committed to the responsibility of ensuring our guests are content at meal times and are eating what is being fed to them. We understand the importance of ensuring their weight is maintained through each guest stay. Our sophisticated 'Guests Relationship Management' software both record all weight checks and schedule weight checks according to individual needs. Any change in weight is recognized right away and actions are taken accordingly. This always results in parents being notified of the weight challenged that's presented itself.
Exercise and enrichment routines are according to the parents requests and are managed throughout the day so that the sessions of engagement with other dogs and team members are separated throughout the day.

Activities and training sessions take place both on-site in our secure grounds and off-site in neighboring dog friendly area's. When on-site in our large play area's our guests are encouraged to run free ideally with other dogs and our team members so that they can interact and have as much fun as possible.

In addition to weight checks all our guests have a dedicated health check performed by our trained personnel to ensure the optimum health. Notes are kept up to date and are available to parents at anytime should they be needed. In the event that veterinary attention is needed then we use our local vet but consult with the guests own vet if there is any history in relation to the problem at hand. We do not hesitate in seeking the services of our local veterinary professionals when they are needed, we do however have trained personnel to make informed decisions on these matters. Please note all vets fees are charged to the parent and we strongly suggest adequate health insurance.
Our guests are escorted to their sleeping area's at the end of the day where their beds and bedding are located and are encouraged to rest of the evening. During night checks any out of hour meals are given and medications administered with our team members that live on-site. We are happy to give extra cuddles to any new guests to help them settle when they maybe adjusting to the new environment.
The daytime accommodations are more of an outside environment but are fully covered from the elements so that dogs can view its surroundings and be in the fresh air. They always have access to their sleeping area's should they wish to be inside or during colder months. The nigh time accommodations are temperature controlled so that our guests are always in a comfortable temperature.
