During the peak holiday seasons, we are always very busy and the demand for our space is huge. Previously, our policy was not to accept any reservations of less than 5 days.
Over the years, we have received lots of feedback from our regular and loyal customers saying that this blanket ban on short stays is troublesome and unpopular. Obviously, it goes without saying that we welcome new customers, but we have always felt that loyalty to the Royvon brand should be recognised and rewarded
So we have now re-evaluated our system and are pleased to announce that soon, we will be introducing the “Royvon Loyalty Programme” which will give rewards to some of our regular customers.
One of the rewards available is priority booking in peak periods, including some shorter stay reservations during these periods.
Given the above, we have revised our weekend booking system in peak periods as follows:
- Existing customers to advise us of their weekend requirements by completing an availability request form that can be found on our website and our help centre. Using this form, you can advise us the weekend that you require. We will then tag your account with the respective information.
- At 10am every Tuesday, members of our “Royvon Loyalty Programme” will be offered the space for the following weekend.
- If we still have availability after that, the space will then be offered to non-members at 6pm each Tuesday and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
We understand that not being able to provide customers with an immediate decision on a short stay request will be frustrating, but we feel that this is the best and fairest way to manage it.
